Online bookings are available for standard eye examinations only. Please call us to book an initial children’s vision examination or initial appointment with Richard Shanks (including vision assessments after concussion), diabetes eye checks, Pilot or Police vision exams, or if an urgent appointment is required please contact us.

Please ensure you receive a confirmation email to confirm that the appointment has been scheduled. An SMS reminder will be sent the day prior to your appointment.

Cancellation policy: Please call us directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
